Out in Front - 'Multi Pitch Leading'
Aimed at climbers with some experience of outdoor climbing. Once again based on the classic cliffs of North Wales, we look at the skills required by the multi pitch leader.
It is usual for an instructor to be by the side of the leading client to coach on runner placement, belay construction, rope technique, stance management and abseiling. This will give you the confidence on that first big lead.
